3. Print-on-Demand & Made-to-Order Items

Some items are produced only after an order is placed.

By purchasing these products, you acknowledge:

Production begins shortly after checkout
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has started
Minor variations in colour, placement, or finish are normal
Production timelines may extend delivery times

Unless defective or incorrect, print-on-demand and made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise you select otherwise.

5. Orders & Payment

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

7. Return Eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
Tags and original packaging must be intact
Proof of purchase is required
Return authorization must be obtained before shipping

Gift cards
Personalized or custom items
Clearance or marked “Final Sale” merchandise
Worn, washed, or damaged goods

9. Refunds

If approved:

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method or provided as store credit, at our discretion. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Where complimentary or discounted shipping was included, the actual outbound shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund at our discretion.

GIFT CARDS

11. Gift Card Terms

Non-refundable and not redeemable for cash
Cannot be replaced if lost or stolen
Cannot be resold or transferred for value
Valid only on the Canuck Modern website
Do not expire unless required by law

We reserve the right to cancel gift cards obtained fraudulently.

WHOLESALE

12. Wholesale Orders

Wholesale or bulk purchasing may be offered at our discretion.

Wholesale customers agree that:

Minimum order quantities may apply
Payment is required upfront unless otherwise agreed
All wholesale orders are final sale
Products may not be resold through third-party marketplaces (including Amazon, Etsy, or similar platforms) without written permission
